Ehsan Salehabadi

My research is about reconstructing a genome-scale metabolic network for chicken (gallus gallus). I am trying to reconstruct a high-quality metabolic model, so that this model can be used as a platform to analysis the various omics data. Then, I am going to evaluate the phenotypic predictions of the model compared to experimental data with considering a suitable objective function.
