Shaghayegh Yazdanpanah

Shaghayegh Yazdanpanah is an M.Sc student in biotechnology engineering at the department of chemical engineering. Her expertise is in using Matlab cobra toolbox for investigating the microorganisms characterizations through genome-scale metabolic models and data analysing. She is currently working on “development of an evolutionary approach for improving recombinant protein production in Escherichia coli” as her master thesis, trying to predict the behaviour of cells at the endpoint of adaptive evolution, using transcriptomic data.
