My research focuses on evaluating metabolic reprogramming in immune cells due to covid 19 viral infection by analyzing changes in gene expression patterns.

The success rate of different people’s immune systems, even though the disease is the same, in preventing infection is different. It may be possible to better understand the treatment strategies by examining the different behavioral patterns of immune cells that appear in data, such as gene expression profiles.

For this purpose, I am using computational methods and metabolic modeling approaches to assess the different behavioral origins of immune cells in different individuals.
