Elham Soorgi

My research focuses on the formulation of the transcriptional regulatory network using machine learning and its integration with the metabolic networks to study cell phenotype.

Currently, I am trying to improve the prediction of the TRFBA algorithm. So, first I use a neural network to predict gene expression of metabolic genes as input of TRFBA. Finally, I will validate the model’s phenotypic predictions with experimental data from the literature.
