Ghazaal Hayavi

My research interests are genome-scale metabolic data reconstruction, design of algorithms for reconstructing metabolic models, and metabolic diseases.
My recent project aims to find a biomarker for breast cancer by combining the in-vitro experimental data and in-silico simulations for genome-scale metabolic modeling of cancer which eventually results in early stage diagnosis.
